Last week, Bishop Isaac and Mama Nora from the Diocese of Ezo, South Sudan, visited Sherborne Mothers' Union and South Canonry.
Mama Nora presented the work being initiated and developed by the Mothers' Union in the Diocese of Ezo, as well as the impact of women's ministry there. Since 2008, Sherborne Deanery has been linked to the Ezo Diocese and has worked to provide support in educational needs.
Bishop Stephen and his wife Carol welcomed Bishop Isaac and his wife Mama Nora, supporters from Salisbury Diocese and St Francis, Virginia, USA, to South Canonry to continue conversations around support and enabling one another, and Bishop Isaac gave particular thanks for the work of the Sudan Medical Link.
